A friend of mine draws webcomics. I think they are clever and fun. This one came to mind as I read about visual literacy this week:
Doesn't that summarize the end of our visual literacy article?
If you're curious about the comic: John Cambpell is his name, Stereotypist is his Blog, Pictures for Sad Children is his webcomic. If you like this sort of minimalist thing, you should try browsing through his dot comics or maybe this cloud one. If you really like comics and thinking about the way they can interpret experience visually, you may enjoy his Hourly Comics website, where he posts one small comic for every hour he is awake every day for the month of January. He has 3 years up now.
(I have his direct permission to post this here - grabbing from webcomics has its own "citation" etiquette, but I think an ok from the author definitely covers it)
